Thanks to all the families, staff and volunteers that attended this year’s Fall Reading Festival! Our Nerdy Birdy 3rd graders did such a fantastic job entertaining everyone. Our Fox families had fun checking out decorated literary doors, painting kindness rocks, making comic books, creating 3D art and snacking on yummy pumpkin donuts, apple samples and apple cider. Our gym area was busy with fall games like pumpkin bowling and everyone went home with free books!
A special thanks to all the volunteers that signed up to help, we couldn’t do these events without you! Those of you that missed your chance to help, please consider volunteering for an upcoming PTA event!

FOX GARDEN UPDATE
Last week, students had fun removing tomato, pepper, bean and lettuce plants and comparing their roots and textures.
Students finished preparing the garden for winter. They removed corn, squash and broccoli plants and planted some cover crops. This will likely be our final week in the garden this season.

DIRECT DRIVE - FOX CARES FOR KIDS!
Please support our drive so we can continue to provide fun and educational programs for our kids.
If we meet our goal of $15,000 together we will not need to hold another large fundraiser this year (like selling cookies or wrapping paper)! 100% of your donation goes back to the school and is tax deductible (to the extent allowable by law).

If we reach our goal all students will receive a fun bubbles and tunes recess!
